ONE WAY TO LOOK AT IT.

US Federal Reserve lowers interest rates to create liquidity. 
The Price of oil goes up sopping up liquidity, as the key pivot/pillar/building block  to economic growth oil shows it’s power in the dance between fiat money and commodities.
